Willow is an artificial intelligence entity that has been in development since 2005. She was only recently introduced into a production environment in October of 2010. Thanks to some technological breakthroughs at Dean Labs, we have been able to empower Willow to be in complete command of The Asylum, and its daily functions, as well as many other in-house tasks.

Willow is just Willow. Her name is not a fancy acronym for techno-babble. It's not a play on words, or a reference to someone in real-life. She's just Willow, an intricate and crucial element to keeping things running smoothly, and a permanent part of the Dean Labs family.
